In present scenario, it has become one of the most significant aspects of the internet to emerge. Ecommerce facilitates consumers to electronically exchange services and products anytime anywhere. It can be further divided into three categories business to business or B2B, business to consumer or B2C (Amazon), and consumer to consumer or C2C.

The process of electronic business includes buying and selling of products, services and supplies together with technical or customer support online. E-business also includes processing payment, servicing customers, recruiting, production control administration and running programmed services and more. E-business tactic is complex, more focused on internal procedures, and intended at cost savings and enhancing competence and productivity. The term ‘E-business’ is used in combination with eCommerce, but comprises services as well as selling of goods.
